LSAT?!

It's time to confront the fact that in 30 days I'm taking the most difficult test of my life. It's confusing, brain-numbing, exciting, time-consuming, and expedient that I do it. Here I go. Here is what I ask from friends/family/foes-- pray for me.

Halloween in the land of Oz

Friday night, I traveled to the far off land of Oz because last minute, my friend Jessica called and asked me if I'd be Galinda (emphasis on the "Ga"), as she would be dressed as Elfaba from the musical "Wicked." It worked out pretty well since my green bridesmaid dress fits perfectly with the Emerald City's main color theme. Thanks Amber, I didn't know I'd wear the dress ever again!

Mud, 10K, obstacle course, marines, LOVED it!

Something old:
my spectacular red Asics, even with the holes, I still love running in them

Something new: pink dri-fit running socks and black dri-fit running pants-- the socks were a great purchase, they really did take the water away from my feet. The pants were a bother, they will not return next year, I will sport SPANDEX!

Something borrowed:
the spot on my team was borrowed from my friend that had to work! I am so lucky.

Something blue: Just check out my shirt-- I'm easy to spot.
I can't help but post all these pictures. It was over-the-top!
Sometimes, I will be waiting for the students to finish something and I'll start thinking about running in mud-filled trenches and then I'll smile.

Girls Camp

Here are my girls from Girls Camp, at Camp Josepho near Will Rogers Park. There are a few things at this camp that are different about the Girls Camp that I attended. #1) The picture speaks a 1000 words. Are we really posing in front of a burned out building covered in grafitti? Girls Camp, LA style. No waterfalls, old growth trees, or fantastic rock formations here.

ROAD TRIP: Summer '07

Purpose:

• Amber's wedding-- the last little sister is jumping the single lifeboat for a bigger one.
